Seth Groff is the Satellite Leader of team Dinero District on team Maxed Out. Seth went to college at Polk State and Florida Southern College. Before joining Maxed Out he was a General Manager over multiple LA Fitness locations. He began his insurance career in 2019 as an agent who developed a track record of producing quality new business. Seth proved success in driving high ROI while strategically lowering CPA.

With a passion for mentoring and developing people Seth stepped into a leadership role in 2023 and became the #1 Team Builder and Agent Converter in 2023, 2024 and 2025. Across 2023 and 2024 Seth maintained the highest level of agent retention in company history. His obsession with mentoring agents and leaders has transformed the lives of many who now carry that legacy forward by changing the lives of others. His team’s championship culture is driven by competition, personal growth and accountability.
